How does licensing work?
Grab one of our internal project licenses for applications built for & used by a single company or general purpose websites. For applications used by multiple companies, B2B SaaS, PaaS, on-premise software, white-label products, check out our subscription licenses. The licenses cannot be used in authoring, development and no code tools. If any doubts, please contact us.
What are support seats?
While the licenses can be used by multiple people, support seats are for developers who need access to technical support and online tools. The internal project licenses come with a single seat. If more people need access to technical support and download products, purchasing additional seats can be done at any time. The SaaS license comes with developer support for up to 5 and 10 people which can be increased in increments of 10.
Internal project license?
The internal project licenses, issued for a single project are good for projects that will be used by a single company (eg. Internal applications), or general purpose websites (eg. the website built for a festival showing off their various events). The internal project licenses cannot be used in SaaS, PaaS, on-premise, white-label projects.
SaaS/PaaS/on-prem license?
The SaaS license is our subscription license that is good for projects built for and used by multiple customers. Customers in this context are legal entities, companies, businesses that have access to the software through a cloud SaaS, white label packaged software, on-premise installations.
How does pricing compare to the alternatives?
Compared to similar calendaring tools - like FullCalendar, Syncfusion, DHTMLX - our licenses are more team-friendly. You don't need to purchase separate licenses for developers, it's an incremental cost in add-on seats. Compared to "build your own solution" it's a bargain, just a fracture of the real cost that comes with building and maintaining a custom solution. Compared to free, it usually boils down to "you get what you pay for".
Maintenance
New internal project licenses come with one year of maintenance. The maintenance agreement needs to be renewed to continually receive updates, new products, technical support, NPM access and CI/CD integration. The price for ongoing maintenance is 80% of the license fee if renewed before expiration. This includes new major releases. In case of subscription licenses, maintenance is ongoing.
One time fee or recurring?
We have both, perpetual licenses and subscription licenses. The perpetual licenses never expire and are issued with one year of maintenance, which can be renewed on a yearly basis. The subscription licenses renew annually.
Refund Policy?
If you're not extremely satisfied with our product, for any reason, within 30 days you get a full refund! We don't want your money if you're not amazingly happy!
Purchasing for someone else?
After completing the purchase you can assign the licenses to one or more developers, including yourself. If you are a reseller, contact us about reseller accounts. SaaS licenses need to be purchased by the project owner. Developers, contractors can be added to any license.
What payment methods are supported?
